PYH Sports Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective date: December 23, 2025
This Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, returns, remakes, and issue resolution work for purchases from PYH Sports (“PYH Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because most of our products are custom-made, please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Custom Products Are Final Sale
Most PYH Sports products are custom-made to your specifications (for example: names, numbers, sizes, colors, logos, and design elements). For that reason:
All custom orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.
We do not offer refunds for custom products once production has started.
2) When We Will Fix or Replace an Item (PYH Error / Manufacturing Defect)
Customer satisfaction matters to us. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by PYH Sports, we will make it right.
Examples may include:
Incorrect name/number printed compared to the approved mockup
Misprints, stitching defects, or material defects
Wrong item delivered
Resolution options (at our discretion) may include:
Remake
Repair
Replacement
Store credit
If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing defect, the fix/remake/replacement will be provided at no cost to you.
3) Customer-Provided Errors (Sizing, Spelling, Roster Details)
If an issue is caused by information you provided or approved (for example: incorrect size selection, spelling, roster names/numbers, or other specifications), we cannot offer refunds.
When possible, we may offer low-cost solutions (such as a discounted replacement) to help you resolve the issue.
4) Design Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, we provide a mockup for approval.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before approving, including:
Spelling of names
Numbers
Sizes and quantities
Colors
Logo placement
Any other customization details
Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees and time.
5) How to Report a Problem
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us resolve it quickly, include:
Your order details (name/team name and order date)
Clear photos of the issue (close-up and full item)
A brief description of what is wrong
6) Timeframe to Report Issues
Please report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. If you report an issue after this window, we may not be able to provide a free remake or replacement.
7) Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the shipping box/packaging prior to opening. Upon opening, take photos of the damaged items inside.
Contact us promptly with the photos.
We will help you determine the best next step, which may include a carrier claim and/or a replacement solution.
8) Order Cancellations
Because custom orders move into production quickly:
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled and is not refundable.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
9) Refund Method (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (for example, if we cannot fulfill your order), it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
