These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PYH Sports website located at https://pyhsports.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or services provided by PYH Sports (“PYH Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2) Products & Custom Orders
PYH Sports provides custom sports apparel and related products, including custom team jerseys and accessories (collectively, “Products”).
Because many Products are custom-made to your specifications (including names, numbers, sizes, colors, and designs), you are responsible for providing accurate information.
3) Quotes, Orders, and Design Approval
Quotes are provided based on the information you submit and may change if specifications change.
Production typically begins only after you approve the final design/mockup.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before approval, including spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, and placement.
Once you approve a design, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees and time.
4) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown or quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be included where required.
Payment terms (including deposits, full payment, and accepted payment methods) will be communicated during checkout or invoicing.
We may cancel an order if payment is not received as required.
5) Production Time, Shipping, and Delivery
Typical turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks from order to delivery; however, we may quote 4–6 weeks to account for production schedules, customs, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
We currently ship to U.S. states only.
6) Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
A) Custom products are final sale
All custom Products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except as described below.
B) Manufacturing defects / PYH error
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by PYH Sports, we will work with you to resolve it. At our discretion, this may include a remake, repair, replacement, or other reasonable solution at no cost to you.
C) Customer-provided errors
If an issue is caused by information you provided (for example, incorrect size selection, spelling, names/numbers, or other specifications), we may offer low-cost solutions when possible, but we are not responsible for refunds.

7) Intellectual Property & Artwork
A) Your materials
You represent that you own or have permission to use any logos, names, images, trademarks, or other materials you provide to us for printing or design.
You grant PYH Sports a limited license to use these materials solely to create mockups, produce your Products, and fulfill your order.
B) Our materials
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, and logos) are owned by PYH Sports or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site
Upload or transmit malicious code
9) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYH Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYH Sports’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to PYH Sports for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PYH Sports and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your materials (including alleged infringement of third-party rights)
Your misuse of the Site
12) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy located at /privacy-policy/.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14) Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us to try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
